Order process
MTAs are required for the sale of cell lines. MTAs are valid for 3 years (not-for-profit/academic) or 2 years (for-profit/ corporate). You can download template of MTA from here.
Term of MTA can be extended for three years (not-for-profit/academic) or two years (for-profit/ corporate) upon request.
If you wish to modify or delete the terms of the MTA, please contact us through the Contact Form.
Cell lines will be shipped within a week after MTA conclusion and payment for all fees.Shipment condition is EXW from our facility. Please tell us your account number of your preferred carrier.
Shipment option
Cell lines are usually shipped with dry ice. Alternatively you can select shipment by dry shipper. Dry shipper must be returned at recipient’s cost.
Standard delivery container is foamed polystyrene container. Optionally you can use a container specially designed for cell line shipment with dry ice.
